Course fees are not transferable or refundable. Students are liable for the entire cost of tuition. A refund will only be granted if the course does not start, therefore the course fees will be refunded within 6 weeks by cheque or the student can have a credit. The student should request for a refund in writing.
If the student wants to receive a refund for the cost of the books as well, the student must return them in perfect condition. All the cassettes and CDs will only be accepted if in their original sealed packing.
If the student wishes not to continue the course, the student can have a credit (remaining classes to be watched) in his/her account for some other course at FOCUS English in the future. If he chooses this option, he/she must use the credit within ONE YEAR of the date he/she dropped‑out of the original course. The student must notify FOCUS English immediately, otherwise the credit will not be granted.
Because FOCUS English would like you to enjoy the maximum benefit from your course, you will be expected to attend all classes. Missing classes may put you in danger of failing unless you make up the missed work and are able to demonstrate mastery of the material covered. If you do not attend your class you may lose your place and refund will not be given.

Students or guarantor are responsible to pay for the whole contract chosen. After the minimum period it has to give a 30 days notice in order to cancel the card payments.
